What Coaching is not

Coaching is not Therapy. Therapists are specialized in the therapeutic treatment of mental health disorders. Therapists diagnose mental health disorders and identify the best treatment plan for healing. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, we will refer you to a suitable therapist.
