From the Heart
My passion for helping others comes from my life journey. I experienced depression and anxiety for many years with a lack of sense of identity, purpose, direction, and very low self-esteem.
Having been impacted by painful family events such as the divorce of my parents, suicide of a family member, loss of relatives to heart attacks, to cancer, later on my own divorce, etc has led me to become passionate to make a difference in the world.
With the restoration I have experienced, I am now honored to be part of the heart transformation journey of youth, parents, families, adults and communities by helping them live lives by design and not by default.

Dolores (Loli) Dustin is the owner and founder of Blue Sapphire. She is a Board Certified Life Coach, Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach for Youth and for Adults, an Emotional Intelligence Coach, a Board Certified Executive Coach, a Board Certified Master Biblical Counselor, and a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach.
Dolores completed 4 years of the career of Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dolores served in Youth and Children Ministries and as a Sunday school teacher for adolescents at Centerpointe Church in Fairfax, VA for four years.
Dolores volunteered as a coach of autistic children for 6 months at Buenos Aires Zoo, and at the Natali Dafne Flexer Foundation with children with cancer for one year in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Dolores worked as a logistics export agent for a cargo airline for seven years where she gained experience solving problems, planning details and finding the best options to reach goals. She is originally from Argentina. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
